We are looking for Customer Service Executive.

Grade - Execute 

Cluster Mumbai Region

About Role- To Ensure Quality Management (QM) program is to maximize patient wellbeing by providing high quality service in a safe environment. Also to continuous quality improvement to help ensure that we will provide the highest quality care today and in the future.

Salary: - 2 lakh to 3 lakh p.a.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Essential Duties & responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from Patients & Relatives
  • Assist Patients with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
  • Maintain and update patient and referral information
  • Introducing our various Services to patients.
  • Must be able to solve customer's queries.

Preferred qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers

Skills/Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate calmly and diplomatically with Patients, co-workers, and visitors
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Proficient in customer service
  • Knowledge of medical/ Healthcare procedures
  • Active listening and comprehension skills
  • Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
  • Available to work shifts, which may include work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
