BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Sr HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER

1. Qualification : BE/ BTech Mechanical / MTech

2. No of year of exp : Minimum 5 to 10 years.

3. Area of expertise : Hvac design engineer for pharmaceutical clean rooms

4. Designation : Senior Design Engineer HVAC

5. Other skills : Auto cad drafting . mandatory

: Rivet drawings for duct layout and piping. optional but preferred.

: Ms Excel, word and Emails are Mandatory

6. Design skills A. Designing of HVAC for Low sideDucting,RCP layout, Piping,

Risers, terminal hepa modules, Ahus design, coil selection, Blower and motor selection

B. HIGH side Chiller selection, pumps selection, tanks designing

C. Basis of design, Heat load calculations, Psychrometric charts

D. Room book data

E. Preparation of Bill of quantities and Quantity variation sheet

F. AHU, class, pressure, temp, rh zoning diagrams

G. Schematic diagrams ahu wise

H. DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ documentation

I. AHU G.A drgs, electrical heater calculation, dehumidifier calculation, as built drgs,

7. Hvac design knowledge must : Heat load calculations with psychrometric charts ( thorough knowledge in Psychrometric calculations , Reheat calculations , ADP calculations , By pass factor , TR, Dehumidified cfm , Humidification calculations , dehumidifier calculation and selections.

AHU GA drgs clearance , Pump selections, piping selections ,valves selection , Tank capacities, chillers selection , cooling tower selection, condenser selection

Pass boxes , Laf , URS preparation for hvac , clean room design for grade-b,c,d areas .

Validation protocols , SOPs and clean room documentation.

VRF selection , CHW , HW piping selection and sizing , insulation calculation ,

7. Other design skills : preparation of RCP layout for panelling, wall, view windows, doors schedule, modular wall and ceiling panelling

8. Salary : CTC 4.8L to 6.0L

Place of working shall be in Hyderabad, Hitech city
