Job Description
Coordination with client and logistics dept for Delivery as per schedule.
. Preparing quotations and emailing to the Parties.
. Following up with clients for sales order on quotation sent.
. Preparing various MIS report as and when required.
. Preparing Independent correspondence.
. Coordinating with Logistics dept and factory concerns for dispatch according to delivery schedule of Client.
. Updating Sales Order details, dispatch qty in various files.
. Preparing all sales documentation and drafting.
. Handling Dispatches of Invoices by scrutinizing authenticated documents against purchase orders.
. Payment Collection from parties by sending reminder thro email or phone.
. Maintain Monthly & Weekly record of Collection Target.
. Sending Courier and Samples and maintain record.
. Preparing Visiting Cards format for each department as and when required.
. Making cash invoice & vouchers internal/external and forwarding to A/c dept. by keeping
Computer entries & Photocopies of Invoice.
EXP - 2-5 YEARS
SALARY - 15K - 35K
