Roles & Responsibilities : Coordinate in the end to end recruitment process of companies. Engaging with candidates to assist them in the placement process. Understanding the companies requirements by working closely with the corporate onboarding team. Mapping the candidates with relevant companies based on their profiles. Organizing and conducting interviews at various levels in order to prepare the candidates for the hiring process. Aligning and coordinating interviews with companies' human resources departments. Ensuring that the interview feedback is passed on to the candidates. From final shortlisting until final joining, all candidates' information must be updated in the database. Conducting mock interviews & GD training for the candidates as per job requirement. Training to the candidates as per companies demand.
