Qualification: Any Graduate

Must have open market and area knowledge.

One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude

# Recruit and create a large down line team of Advisors.

# Training & development of Agency Sales force to make them best in selling Insurance products.

# Making joint calls to assist the down line team for sales & training purpose.

# Drive different contest and benefits offered by co. for front line sales team.

# Achieve GWP Sales Target

-Recruit Insurance Agents

-Train insurance agents to sell Insurance

-Provide Pre/post Sale support

-Field Sales

Salary 20% to 30% hike from last ctc + Incentives
