We are currently seeking a ERP Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Senior SAP CRM Functional Archtiect with 10+yrs Experiance, Responsible for the Funcitonal design, implementation, prototypes, and work with development team to deliver required project needs in this SAP CRM Area. Considered candidates must have hands on experience in the below areas

Understand the CRM product, industry specific requirements and implementations:
- Manage Project end to end from Planning to Closure using project management best practices
- Responsible for overall project deliverables
- Scoping, Project plan, Requirement document, Proposals and other requisite documents.
- Understand customers CRM process requirements by interacting with stakeholders across organization from top management to end users.
- If required, re-engineer business processes to ensure successful CRM roll-out.
- Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.
- Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery Manage, mentor and develop project team members in line with growth aspirations of both individual and organisation.
As CRM Sol Archtiect must be experianced and hands on- Planning, Organizing, Risk identification and mitigation, delivery quality and timelines
- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engage
- Strong people management and team management skills
- Critical thinking and strong decision making.
- Solution oriented and problem solving skills.
- Strong Technical background
- Knowledge of global best practices in CRM space

Understand the PRoject requirmetns and must leadin the CRM functional solution details and able to handle the this functional team aligning appropiate tasks to each team member and be part of project success story.
