We have got some urgent openings for the position of ASST. SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER with one of the F-500 multinational Life Insurance Company.

INTERVIEW MODE: TELEPHONIC/VIDEO CONFERENCING ROUNDS

Salary: Negotiable(Fixed)+Incentives+Cashless Family Health Insurance+Bonus+Other Benefits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit Agents(House wife, Retired Person, Businessman, CAs, Docotrs, Dealers, Distributors, Shop keeper etc.)
• Develop various sources of agent hiring (Person Social Contacts & references) & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
• Field demonstration (FODs)
• Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
• Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
•
