Job Description
A Hiring for Key Account Manager.
Product - Corporate Salary
Location - Baroda & Surat
Role:
- Manages a team of five to six account managers.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for any and all issues affecting company workers.
- Develops trusting relationships with a portfolio of key corporates entrusted to him in order to prevent them from turning to competitors.
- Obtain new corporate relationships and open their employees' salary accounts
- Expected to strengthen existing client relationships through engagement efforts and cross-sell solutions.
- Assuring salary credits in all sourced salary accounts.
- Daily and monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross-sell items must be met.
- Follow the KYC rules and bank processes as they are updated from time to time.
- Ensure that the Bank's service and quality benchmarks are strictly followed.
