Job Description

Responsibilities

• Achieve predefined CASA targets through Government business Opportunities available at State and District levels
• Responsible for managing and growing the Government Banking Business in the assigned Territory to meet the Organizations objectives
• Understanding of TBG,CMS products & work flow of Govt. in order to do solution-based sales is preferred
• Draw detailed plans for the District level Govt. Business and execute at ground level Implementation of the Central / State mandates on Govt. Sponsored Schemes to capture end to end fund flow
• Understanding of Basic Banking and Government Business in Tamil Nadu.
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and satisfactory internal audit

Essential Requirements

15 year's CASA experience with 6 years knowledge in Govt. business/TASC business.
