Job Title: Business development executive
Job Purpose
The primary focus of this role is to ensure the achievement of maximum sales, profitability and growth in line with company vision, values and goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Planning
1.Planning growth strategies focused both on financial gain, marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction.
2.Market/business intelligence-tracking pharma/agri/related industry trends.
3.Explore business opportunities in explored and unexplored- territories/regions (domestic and international).
Execution
1.Have a good understanding of the company's products or services and be able to communicate with customers about them.
2.Research and identify new markets, growth trends, competitors, customers, products and services.
3.Nurture strong relationships with all clients.
Administration
1.Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
2.Handling the entire end-to-end customer account management- (sourcing, technical specifications, negotiation and product sampling.)
3.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
4.Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of sales forecast and results.
5.Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects, customer data, new and joint ventures, etc.
Work experience requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in pharma industry for advanced pharma intermediates.
Must have exposure to API'S, chemical intermediates, developing molecules.
