To resolve the inbound technical queries and issues of International customers
Provide support and assistance in technical problems through voice support
Provide on call solutions in technical constraints
Resolve customer issues
Excellent English communications required

Willing for rotational night shifts

5 days job with 2 rotational offs

cab facility provided
