Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Minimum Qualification - Graduation (except B.Tech - Civil, Mehanical, B.pharma and LLB).
• 1-2 years Experienced candidates can apply.
• Fluent Spoken English Communication skills is required.
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Candidate must be fully vaccinated and comfortable for WFO.
