Candidates should be Graduate in Science background.
2-4 Yrs. experience in US Healthcare (RCM) medical coding & 1 year of QA experience.
AAPC certification(must)Experience in medical coding & good knowledge about RCM. model.
Experience in specialty (Surgery/EM).
Good in anatomy & Physiology. Should have good exposure to ICD10 and CPT.
Exposure on coding for at least 2 years on specialty and min 1 year on performing audits.
Conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the findings conduct monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions Conduct TNA on need basis for bottom quartile management and Flexibility to shifts.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):

Participate in monthly calibration sessions with operations & clients Discuss audit sheets changes on need basis with the operations & clients and Problem solving skills.
Ensure proper and efficient team communications and good understanding of DME-RCM is preferred. Independent contributor without minimum supervision Enthusiastic for continuous improvement independent & taking decisions independently.
Immediate to 15 days Joiners are preferred.
