Job Description for Testing:
Responsibilities:
- Read and translate functional requirements into test cases
- Develop and maintain test cases and Automation test scripts
- Test application under stiff timelines and requirements
- Writing quality scripts for testing automation and execution, utilizing automated testing tools
- Identify and proactively raise issues/concerns.
- Use bug tracking tools to report bugs
- Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous ad verifiable
- Work with QA resources spread across different geographies
- Follow up on day to issues and set priorities for self
- Collaborate with QA and other stakeholders of the project in smooth running of project
- Expertise in Software Testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of agile QA methodology and SDL
- Experience with the defect management
- Expertise in writing complex SQL Queries (oracle or SQL Server or My SQL)
- Quick learner and adapts to changes and new technologies
- MUST HAVE test automation experience for web-based platforms
- Must have experience on Selenium
- Well versed with Java
- Experience in the retail domain is a plus
- Previous E-Commerce experience is a plus
