Note :

  • This role involves working into shifts only.
  • Also, note that this will be under Support Service domain of Cybage hence the designation will be given accordingly

Below is the job description for your reference:

  • Help and support for incoming Calls & email queries for issues related to Client Platform
  • Respond to queries either over Calls, Email or Ticketing tool and if required reach-out to the customer for contact over the Phone (outbound)
  • While working with the customer
  • Probe to determine the nature of the problem
  • Triage the problem to determine next steps
  • Offer solution from the understanding of the problem
  • Install and configure restaurant point of sale systems to integrate online ordering and other Client integrated service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to assess restaurant needs; coordinate with operations, development, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Research and identify issues (via phone and email) with customers related to product features, technical problems, and product performance.
  • Maintain high volume of activity including inbound/outbound calls, support tickets, and note taking in our CRM tool.
  • Aim to high First-time resolution to increase the customer satisfaction and confidence in using the Client Platform
  • Write training manuals or knowledge base articles as expertise grows
  • Work on increasing overall customer experience with the brand
  • Share productivity reports for the completed tasks and derive utilization
  • Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts OR Continuous night shifts.
  • Company does not provide Transportation facility
