Greeting from TVS Training & Services!   We have an opening for Asst. Acquisition  Manager with our Reputed Client. 

Job Designation : Asst.Acquisition Manager (Fresher to 1 Yr Exp)

Eligible to apply: Any Graduate (Include Masters Also)
Age Limit :Up to 28 Years ( Male or Female)   Key Deliverable:

• Meet the no. of accounts, productivity and CASA targets
• Achieve FD nos. and value target
• Ensure at least one FD in every NCA account within 60 days of account opening
• Understand customer needs and ensure no mis-selling
• Zero Rejections
• Meet the Fee Income target of his catchment
• Adherence to policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
• Position Responsibilities
• Catchment Mapping - Identify and map key areas which meet Ratnakar Bank profile customers
• Conduct activities and lead generation camps for fulfillment by self.
• Lead fulfillment for branch leads ( branches where JO and SE are present, the leads will be fulfilled by JO only)
• Maintain relationship with all new clients for further enhancement in value
• Key Daily Activities:
• Update DSR on a daily basis
• Conduct activities as per plan with BSM /BM
• Keep oneself updated with regards to changes in product features, fixed deposit rates etc.
• Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to Identify Business opportunities and Threats
