Candidate Expectation and Job Description:
- Candidate must have 4-12 years of financial services experience.
- Should have experience in communications surveillance and surveillance systems preferred
- Performance of electronic communications surveillance across multiple surveillance platforms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and procedures.
- Support compliance investigations by gathering / analyzing data and carrying out interviews
- Support general compliance activities and other duties including special projects as assigned by management
- Exposure to market abuse / manipulation topics
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel Access PowerPoint and Word)
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous and analytical.
- Team-oriented approach to completing objectives.
- Ability to work with and manage stakeholders of different seniority.
- Must be flexible with rotational shifts including night shifts.
