Job Description

Responsible for driving Website Strategy, in line with the business objectives, along with internal stakeholders
Should plan and maintain the Campaign calendar, while ensuring the planned campaigns are executed by the performance marketing & CRM team
To ensure timely cataloguing on website by coordinating with relevant internal & external teams
To coordinate & monitor performance marketing team to plan campaigns and ads on different ad platforms such as Google, FB, Insta, SMS, Email, Affiliate etc
Should have a keen eye for detail, and should be tech savvy
To ensure the optimal inventory and pricing strategy on website
To closely work with operations and customer care team to deliver best shopping experience to customers
Monitor end to end Website Operations of Iconicindia.com
Should maintain the KPIs responsible for Business Health and be able to present & drive insights to the Core Management Team for planning ahead
To work on a plan to increase followership on Brands Instagram & Facebook handles
Must have proficiency to represent business insights to upper management for business reviews
