Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 3-year experience in Claim adjudication/ Benefit Configuration domain Update validate benefits as per plan and legislation. Code benefits in logical sequence as per the requirement. To understand the process as SME and to assist Team Lead with work tracking and allocation, doing quality audit and mentoring and guiding other resources. Maintain work tracker, quality tracker and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports. To create process manuals, SOPs etc and provide ideas to improve the current process. Experience in Benefit Administration, Benefit Configuration, Claims Adjudication, Payer claims background (Min 24-30 months) Should have Healthcare domain experience Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written) to be able to interact positively with the client SMEs. Should possess analytical ability required to comprehend client and employee needs. A drive to exceed targets Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker. * Work independently as an individual contributor with minimal mentoring and coaching. Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creation
