Job Description

Dear Candidate,
Greetings for the day!
We are hiring for Dealer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute the orders on behalf of clients
Confirmations of trade by EOD
Working on direct databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
Ensure the volumes of trade are higher and clients trade frequently
Cross promoting of third party products
Accurate and timely execution of orders on Terminal
Daily processing and confirmation of trades
Punch orders for clients on terminal
Monitor client exposure limits
Revenue generation
Solving queries of customers.

Key Performance Indicators

Targeted Revenue-Broking-Qtr wise milestones(Rs) (40%)
No of Active Clients daily (Off-line)-Qtr wise milestones(%) (30%)
Daily Cash Segment Volume-Qtr wise milestones(%) (20%)
New AOF-Qtr wise milestones(%) (10%)

Internal

CSE / SEA / RM Direct/Compliance/Customer service

APPLICANT PROFILE
Experience 4 - 5 Years

Personal Attributes

Good Communication skills
Team Handling skills

Formal Qualifications

Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate
NISM 8 Certification is mandatory

Location :Mumbai (Dadar,Andheri,Thane,Kalyan,Vashi)
