Job Description

Engineering Manger (Android / iOS) The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your role will involve strategising, project management, part staff management. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager. Responsibilities As an Engineering Manager you would be responsible to: He/She is a responsive team player who can proactively contribute for building technical strategies for applications and systems by promoting an understanding of the technology and business roadmap. He /she is someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, dynamic, startup-like environment. End to end ownership of features including design, coding, deployment, dev-ops and long term support Create & enhance development processes to ensure the quality of products and code. Work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to conceive features, plan projects, and build roadmaps Hiring, developing & retaining top talent and be responsible for the overall team structure. Requirements Strong Design and Architecture exposure in building large scale internet applications Strong People Management skills leading mid-size teams in a Product Development environment Firm grasp of fundamental data structures and algorithms. Experienced with Native iOS development with swift and Objective C OR Android concepts like fragments, location services, Google Cloud Messaging API, UI transitions, Image processing and multi-threaded communications Interested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
