Job Description
Dear Candidates,
We are looking for IT Executive profile for one of the leading manufacturing industry of Gujarat.
location : Rajkot, Bhunava
Education : IT Background
Experience : 2-3 years minimum
Salary : No bar for right candidates
Job Responsibilities :
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, CCTV and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and software updates.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Possiblytraining junior staff.
Telecom management of the company including procuring of CUG SIM cards for new and Existing employees.
Handle 1st level of procurement process related to IT and Telecom for the organization.
Managing server and ensuring 99% up time in turn ensuring Business As Usual is not impacted at all.
BCP Preparedness and readiness all the time.
Verifying and checking the monthly Telecom Bill.
Open Business partner in SAP (Eg: new vendor & customer to be registered and open a business partner in our SAP system).
Update changes in SAP and Update new data in SAP as well such as pricing, demographic, etc.
Maintain user issues in SAP (Eg; forgot password, forgot ID, etc.).
