Job Responsibilities Responsible to handle customer queries-inbound and outbound Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective customers Identify and follow-up on customer queries and qualify opportunities by providing appropriate levels of information at the right time Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts by outbound prospecting Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources Understand prospects needs and requirements Perform effective online training to merchants Experience Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, adaptability computer skills Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building) Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Empathy as an inherent value in understanding customer queries Should be able to provide white-glove service to customers/merchants Sensitive and smart to answer merchant and customer queries Candidates with immediate joining can apply.
