Job Description

Job Role :

• Good & Relevant work experience in field Collections.
• Ensure the collection efficiency through daily reports and regular review with business / collection team.
• Timely monitoring / Identification and reporting of quick mortality cases, non-starter cases and fraud cases to senior management.
• Keeping track of resolution of cases in bucket 1, 2 & 3 with timelines and as per monthly targets.
• Quick disposal of current and fixed assets for resolution of case as per decided strategy.
• Meeting with delinquent accounts for early resolution on regular basis.

Required Candidate profile

Prior experience in field collection & knowledge in loans products.

Strong collection / Recovery acumen & leadership ability to drive & achieve targets.

Excellent communication, analytical & reviewing skills.
