Job Description
Dear Candidate,
HIRING MEP ENGINEER -Salary Range $74,000 to $102,000YEAR annually for 42 hours per week Bonus
Job Location : Canada, USA & Australia
Experience: 2+ Years
MEP Engineers perform some or all of the following duties:
- Have more than 2-15 years of experience in Firefighting/HVAC/ Plumbing at construction site.
- Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of Firefighting /HVAC, & Plumbing works.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Installation, testing & commissioning of Chiller, Compressors, WTP/STP/ETP, Firefighting Equipment & Pumps etc.
- Co-ordinate with the Client for receiving drawings clarifications for construction and make a report of observation.
- Execution of High side & low side Plumbing, FF, HVAC, etc. work as per drawing and site condition.
- Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications
- Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan.
- Oversee installation, operation to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Resolve the Site related issues and report to immediate Manager if any deviation or technical or some other issues related to the work.
- Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
- Coordinate with the Electrical/civil/PEB/other contractors for smooth clear working space without hampering the others work.
- Review Clients Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.
