Job Description
Digital is no longer a trend/fad it s the new normal that has changed the revenue equation for all service providers including BPM/SSC orgs.; evident from every single investor facing balance sheet published. Digital continues to dominate every sales conversation and the uniqueness of the digital proposition is fundamentally tied to the win-loss% . While digital levers/use cases evolve with tech. enhancements, the success of the same isn t necessarily tied to variety/R&D but is profoundly dependent on the ability to provide solution designs customized to clients maturity, need and adaptability. We at IBPM are looking for such solution architects/ presales experts to articulate this digital boutique along with our sales force and be an integral part of this exciting journey at Infosys IBPM to deliver value propositions to our prospective clientele. What are we looking for: 9+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant presales/sales experience in F&A digital presales roles (Master degree preferred) Good overall knowledge of digital levers (ERP functionality enhancements, Process platforms, Robotics, AI solns., analytics) with in-depth functional knowledge of at least 1 lever with associated solutions (COTS - Commercially Off The Shelf) and its use cases Ability to articulate business metrics improvement across all F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC, FPN&A, Tax & Treasury) that can be achieved through digitization Ability to solution design (tool fitment, feasibility, viability, commercials and value proposition along with customized demos) Ability to position "digital as a differentiator" for IBPM pursuits and ability to contextualize the digital pitch customized to industry trends/customer priorities Ownership of F&A digital pipeline (IBPM and standalone digital advisory pursuits) and associated win-loss % with an ability to proactively market digital offerings (capability pitches) Strong communication skills and ability to build-deliver executive level power-pitchesEmployement Category:
