Responsibilities: -

  • Regular Visits to The Assigned Branches
  • Dealing with Life Insurance Product - Queries & Prospect Generation
  • Interaction with Branch Walk-In Customers for Need Identification
  • Renewal Premium Collection
  • Handling Ongoing Queries
  • Adhering to The Compliance and Company Policies

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Criteria :

  • Graduation is a must
  • Age must be in between 21-38
  • BFSI experience preferred
