Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling data management.
- Work closely with Marketing and sales team to help manage the customer database .
- Manage database lists and tags of Customer's data on CRM.
- Interaction with clients to resolve any type of queries over the mail and call.
- Training, orienting & engaging clients to paid services.
- Probing, identifying and resolving client issues on call.
- Raising tickets for unresolved issues.
- Ensuring delivery of daily & monthly targets on customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate, Any Diploma, Any post graduate Should be conversation in English & Hindi Language,
- Prior customersupport/Tele calling experience will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for tele calling newly onboarded clients.
