Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Understanding and delivering the following:
Business Transformation plans - Able to identify priorities, identify projects and get them to closure.
Technology Understanding - Able to understand and project manage technology initiatives from the Business Transformation plans.
MSA and Performance Management - Analyse reports, derive insights from it to drive the right business decisions.
Action Owner - Track all actions that come from meetings with client and wider leadership for the account.
Ensure progress and eventual closure.
Transition/Operations Management - Should have past experience in BPO operations, transition or site setup.
Governance - Should be able to manage Governance for the account, with key focus on contractual obligations and ensure the business is in line with the required obligations.

- Strong knowledge of MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite & MS Visio.
- Understands Project Management Methodology (PMI) and documents required to prepare a project plan, knows how to develop SOP's a Governance Plan for projects being handed over to BAU.

Documentation and Reporting Skills
- Ability to articulate effectively while reporting, creating minutes and action plans.
- Ability to update project related documents (including stakeholder analysis) and version control documents contextually and accurately.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Education
- (Minimum) Graduation required in any discipline and PMP/Prince 2 trained.
- (Preferred) Post Graduation.
- (Preferred) Certification in PMP or equivalent.

Experience
- Minimum of 6 years' experience of which, at least 2 years should have been in a project management role.
- Should have managed a small project end-to-end following the project management methodology.
