Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing Complete IT Recruitment Life-Cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
• Works closely with Delivery and Sales managers in driving all phases of the resourcing process to fill jobs in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Handling IT recruitment, sourcing, background verification, Vendor Management, and joining formalities of candidates.
• Taking all the required approvals from Stakeholders/Management.
• Arranging the technical discussion between the candidates and the concerned client team or SBU to have better clarity on the requirement.
• Maintaining & providing trainer allocation reports.
• Creating a database of trainers for future requirements.
• Follow up and handle change request management.
