About Process:

• Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor
• Responsible for staff retention within the team
• Coordination between Managers and Team Members
• Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
• Responsible for Team Building & Implementation of Processes
• Team handling and Mentoring
• Performance feedback session to be provided to agents
• Analyze various reports including process dashboards & team performance reports
• Primary focus on achieving SLA
• Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanism
• Timely Submission of Operations Review
• Preparing roster and manage shrinkage
• Conduct audits & share feedback with team members
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Requirement:

• Good Communication Skills (8/10)
• 5 years to 2 years of sales experience as TL on papers from BPO only
• Should have working knowledge of AHT and WFM
• Good analytical skills, expertise in MS Excel

Education: Graduate

Shift Timings: 7 AM to 10 PM rotational shift

Transport Boundaries: Candidates from Pan India can apply who are ready to relocate to Nagpur

Transport Facility: Centralized pick and drop available

Salary range: 3L to 3.84 L pa

Weekly off: 1 day rotational week off

Age: Upto 35 years
