Job Description

for HR Executive BFSI Sector

Understanding the complete end to end hiring process of Talent Acquisition Module
Understand the exact requirement of particular profiles and source the suitable profiles from various mediums
Counselling the candidates about feature and benefits of the particular opening
Driving overall Talent Acquisition profess right from sourcing, screening/assessment, fitment, interview scheduling, shortlisting till onboarding
Maintaining the MIS and knowledge about MS-Excel is desired
