Hi,

This is Ummehani from Talent Corner HR Services Pvt. Ltd.

We have Urgent Requirement for Analyst (New Delhi).

Experience:- 1-2 Years.

Professional Qualification:- UG-Any, PG-CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed institute (Optional)

Role:-

Perform detailed research including industry research, transactions analysis, company and investor profile.
Actively participate in identifying, source and reach out to the potential leads.
Work and provide support to other team member on the execution of transaction for companies across sectors.
Prepare confidential information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations.
Provide support in building business plan and financial projection using multiple methodology including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transaction.
Work on several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Associate, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs.
Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and investors

Mandatory Working Skill Sets All The Below:-

Pitchbook/Teasers/Information Memorandums.
Financial Modelling.
Company Profiling.

Work Location:- Neeti Bagh, New Delhi.

Salary:- Upto 6.50 LPA
