 Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain executive and strategic relationships based on company's comprehensive suite of voice focused products like VOIP / ILL / Corporate Broadband / Cloud PBX.
  • Conducts proactive sales activities, including proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements.
  • Updating clients regarding product upgradations /new products.
  • Explaining product features and benefits to customers
  • Convincing clients to have a trial of products and Coordinating with them
  • Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
  • Negotiating with clients regarding contracts and packages
  • Manage customers to ensure a timely payment of services
  • Attending client meetings to build and enhance relationships with new and existing clients
  • Protecting margins and driving good levels of Gross Profit

Attending trade shows, seminars, exhibitions and product training

Requirements

  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a similar Sales position within an ISP, Telecoms/Telecommunications or MBA in Marketing will be preferred
  • Must be able to initiate and establish executive level rapport with telecom operators
