Job Description
:Individual performer in the IT Advisory Services team to provide Solution Design / Architecture and development of automation processes.
Key Responsibility:
Good understanding in IT Infrastructure and Service operation transformation solutions using emerging technologies like Virtualization, Service automation, RPA and ITPA
Collaborate with various SMEs, technical & functional teams to assess, design, deploy and manage automation use-cases.
Perform Proof of Concepts to help the business & recognize the feasibility of an automated solution.
Enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
Ensures documentation is well maintained.
Works collaboratively with clients, test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.
Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
Process re-engineering and signoff with the clients. Track the developments and implementation at a process level
Collaborate with technology tower SMEs to understand the process procedures used in execution of day-to-day tasks (in the areas of technology support, technology provisioning, technology administration)
Develop detailed technical designs for the automation routines. These designs will strive for function specific modules such that they can be utilized across other automation routines and the routines can be ported across various automation tools
Willing to be flexible to work on various tools based on demand.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in computer science or related technical field.
Must have delivered end to end RPA solution using AA & UI path other RPA technologies
Must have delivered an end to end ITPA solution using ServiceNow, HPOO, Ayehu NG or any other similar orchestrator.
In-depth knowledge of Automation Framework and exposure to multiple RPA, ITPA tools
Evaluate alternative approaches to meet module objectives.
Good understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in any coding language, preferably .Net or Python.
Good understanding of scripting concepts and a scripting background in any scripting language, preferably Powershell, VB, Perl, C#.
Hands on Database concepts such Write/modify SQL Queries & Database connection.
Good Understanding of IT Infra and COE. Should have hands-on experience in establishing COE.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery, Angular JS, NodeJS etc.
Well versed on internet HTTP protocols
Background with project management tools such as mpp, JIRA etc.
Extensive background in executing projects using SDLC and Agile, Kanban, Scrum methodologies.
Solid foundation in Generic handler & SOAP or Rest web APIs.
Good understanding of various automation components and features in RPA and ITPA
Understands development methodology and lifecycle
Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration / coding to new situations to work independently
Should be flexible, energetic, and capable of making sound project decisions, Self-motivated team player, action and results oriented.
Have knowledge of ongoing technologies and where applicable advise the company to take advantage of it
Preferred to have Certification in RPA.
Good business communication skills & client facing skills.
