Job Description
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills are required to handle stakeholders.
- Must have experience in hiring Engineering roles like Mechanical and Electrical engineers.
- Manage full cycle (end-end) recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Source - Screen - Call - Shortlist - Interview schedule and stakeholder management.
- Capture the entire interview process on Taleo (Applicant Tracking System).
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Act as a point of contact for both Stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available.
- Must have the ability to conduct market research and update the client whenever required.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking.
