Job Title- Sales Manager Business Loans 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing Financing of Business Loans
• Sourcing business through builders, connectors, DSAs ,open market
• Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
• Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
• Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of Business loan programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals
• Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan
• Ensure the achievement of given business target.
• Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
• Manage the sales team by appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Age 21 - 35 years.
• Graduation & Any Master degree
• Candidates with minimum 6 months to one year experience in the same is desirable.
• Candidate must have Aadhar card, PAN card
• Must know the English, Hindi & Local language
