We are hiring for Train and Hire program for the position of Service desk support. Graduate / Undergraduate and Fresher candidates can apply.


Requirements


  • Installing new technologies and teaching end users how to operate them.
  • Basis information about Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, OSI, TCP, Router, Modem, Internet, Lan, Laptop and desktop.
  • Providing remote technical support via internet or phone backing up and restoring files.
  • Maintaining operating systems by repairing hardware and configuring software.
  • Must have excellent written & spoken English communication.
  • Implemented quality customer service by scheduling appointments and organizing information using computer technology, and filed paper work.
  • Provide technical customer service support for all business applications including enterprise and division/departmental applications as well as hardware environment.

Qualification: - HSC/Graduate/Fresher

Salary - 2.50,00 LPA


Computer Mandatory -

Laptop Configuration - Windows 10/4 GB Ram/i3 Processor with Webcam.

Broadband - Minimum 100 MBPS Speed required.
