Customer service representative

Key Responsibilities:

To handle Inbound calls from US customers
To deal with customers very patiently and efficiently
Efficiently solving customer queries
Interacting with business clients if needed

Key skills:

Clear Communication, Ability to comprehend English very well, Good Listening Skills

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Fresher)

Shift:

6:30 PM to 4:30AM

Saturday & Sunday Fixed off

Salary:

Range: Upto 17000 PM

Fixed Night Shift
