Roles & Responsibilities

Generating leads from tours & travel industry
Maintain call logs and track leads from contact to conversion.
Client Acquisition.
Outbound Calling.
Handling escalation calls & giving resolution within the time frame.
Managing Inbound calls also when there is a call flow.
Email action.

Functional Skills:

Excellent knowledge of systems, products & processes.
Target focused.
Self-driven.
Team player.
Customer handling.
