Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generating leads from tours & travel industry
  • Maintain call logs and track leads from contact to conversion.
  • Client Acquisition.
  • Outbound Calling.
  • Handling escalation calls & giving resolution within the time frame.

  • Managing Inbound calls also when there is a call flow.
  • Email action.

Functional Skills:

  1. Excellent knowledge of systems, products & processes.
  2. Target focused.
  3. Self-driven.
  4. Team player.
  5. Customer handling.
