Roles and Responsibilities
1. Take Prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
2. Generate revenue by Counseling prospects and converting them to sales.
3. Respond quickly to assigned qualified leads. [No COLD CALLING]
4. Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
5. Ability to understand technical solutions sales cycle and articulate the same to CIO/ Buyer over Call/ Meeting.
6. Go getter and very strong interpersonal skills.
7. No calling will be included. That will be done by their seniors. They have to work in Social Media Marketing
