Hiring for Due Diligence/ Risk /Fraud Analyst for Gurgaon Location please find the job details as below:
Job Profile : Due Diligence / Risk/ Fraud Analyst
Experience : 1+ years
Salary Budget : Up to 5.50 LPA
Shift Timing : 03:30 pm to 11:30 pm / 11:30 pm to 7:30 am
Working Days :Monday-Friday
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Build and develop knowledge base of companies, candidates, and various industry sub segments specific to practice group/vertical across the globe.
- Company Dossiers (snapshots) -Information packs on companies covering Business overview, Financials, Management details and Organization Relationship.
- Newsletters -Proactively identify, analyze and synthesize information from global print and electronic sources; identify new sources of information to upgrade the resource pool.
- Executive movements and board tracker -Create and maintain systematic pools of rich people/candidate information (by function, by sub-sector, by level, by company, etc.). Circulate and capture information on appointments/movements
- Conduct company mapping exercises- identify executives holding key management roles
- Talent tracking/Long list of executives- Create biographies for Star/Interesting candidates that are shared with Organization's global clients
- Board analysis- Analyze board composition of Organization clients by covering parameters such as age, years of service on board, years to retirement, directorships, industry/functional experience of the Board of Directors
- Database Management: of companies, candidates and Organization relationship in the company's proprietary database.
Skills are required must have:
- Effective interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with internal and external colleagues
- Required candidates from due diligence, background check in research.
- Self-motivated, energetic and tenacious
- Inquisitive with a desire to do more constantly raising the bar on his/her own performance
- Strong ability to be creative, analytical and detail-oriented
- Manage administrative functions, such as time keeping and attaching documents to the company database
- Ability to priorities and complete multiple tasks
- Strong sense of urgency; has a sense of commitment and responsibility
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Alert, persuasive and flexible.
- Scan and analyze adverse media reports on prospective to be hired candidates and provide documentation support by capturing all the relevant findings
- Investigate high risk details and report wherever necessary, including but not limited to Politically Exposed Persons
- Update internal database with the findings on prospective candidates for future reference
- Good understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to manage requests efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal team members, managers, SPOCs, etc.
- Proficient in the usage of tools like Factiva, LexisNexis, Advanced Google Search, etc.
- Experience with AML/KYC monitoring and screening would be an added advantage
