Job Title: PHARMACIST.
Experience: 0 to 5 years.
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma (D. Pharmacy also can apply)
Location: Hyderabad( Work from Office)
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality
- Prescription digitization in OMS screen
- Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.
- Educate the customers on Medicines dosage
- Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules
- Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
- Good communication skills. ( English and Hindi is must)
- Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts.
- Good convincing skills and ownership mindset is a plus.
