Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily/Monthly MIS reports and also assisting in Bank reconciliation with tagging in standard template.
- Create reporting dashboards for tracking financial metrics using MS Excel
- Preparation of various management reports, investor reports and liaising with consultants independently with minimum supervision and under timelines along with assisting in Closing Bank balance to Statement matching.
- Timely and accurate reporting across teams spanning multiple location and legal entities Preparation of ad-hoc reports on need basis
- Work on specific action plans/remediation in case of any gaps noted in the current processes (either process execution or process design)
- Prepare Financials or reports under Indian GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.
- Communicating to various stakeholders during month and annual close for supporting the preparation of financials
- Assisting in COGS identification based on CR Vouchers, AR - Invoice Ageing with Portal reconciliation
- Responsible for implementing simplification and digitization ideas
- Responsible for process testing and implementation of controls
- Handle other compliance requirements pertaining to business
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA with 0 to 2 years of Experience
- Willing to relocate to Bangalore Proficient/Having sound Knowledge of in MS offices excel, word and power-point Having sound knowledge about reporting function in a corporate sector
- Having good knowledge and understanding of either SAP or Oracle or QuickBooks or NetSuite or similar software (Tally not included)
- Experience in preparation of financial statements under IFRS as well as Indian GAAP
- Ability to work in a Start-up/High Growth environment
- Past record of delivery under pressure and maintain timelines
