Job Description
JOB PROFILE
- Attend guests / customers at the Sales Pavilion
- Provide primary information, and first time query resolution to customers
JOB DESCRIPTION
Specific to the Role
Floor Management
- Being the face of the company on the first interaction of a visitor, welcoming the visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering enquiries about the company or referring the enquiries further.
- Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring visitors books.
- Handling telecommunication system. Routing the incoming calls to the specific company personnel.
- Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Managing records and resolving guest or customer complaints promptly.
- Booking board room/ meeting rooms, as per request, on first come first serve basis. Keeping a record of all the bookings done.
- Ensuring appropriate medicines are available in First Aid Box.
- Receiving the incoming couriers, in case no one is available at the Courier Desk.
- Ensure all brochures and hand-outs are handy and kept in organized piles for the ease of sharing them with customers without any delay
- LCDs in every meeting room to be checked on daily basis and ensure that WC videos are playing
Customer Management
- Receive leads / customers who walk-in to office / sales pavilion, and make lead entry into CRM system
- Take customers / prospects for site visits when required
- Assign leads to Front End Sales Team
- Handle customer / broker walk-in cases / complaints, and raise Service Requests (SR)
- Coordinate with project/ construction team to arrange Site Visit of customers
- Provide required documentation and information regarding customers account ledger, transfer process, Loan process etc.
- Coordinate with Back office and accounts team for processing of customers documents such as agreements, NOC, TPT/PTM etc.
Lead Management
- Attend events and represent the company in various promotional activities
Operations Management
- Up-sell products
- Outbound calling as per process requirement
- Prepare and share daily GRE Walk in report with Corporate CRM Team, and daily Collection Report with the Back Office Team
- Prepare miscellaneous reports as and when required by the management
- Prepare and share daily appointment due with the respective Sales Managers
- Present Lead Report in Sales meeting, once in a week
- Receive documents and payments for sales transfer, cheque payments from walk-in customers, broker invoice from walk-in brokers, and raise SR
- Create Customers accounts in MS CRM Software for new bookings, Owner ship Transfer cases and Unit relocation cases.
