Responsibilities. -
- Install and configure network devices (i.e., switches, routers, firewalls,wirelessnetworkdevices,virtualizationservers)
- Testanddocumenttestresults
- Maintain various systems such as Active Directory, DNS server,Virtualization servers (ESXi), OwnCloud (document repository), sFTP serversetc.
- Monitor,identify,andresolvenetworkissuesanddowntime
- Provisionnewaccounts(onvarioussystems)
- Communicate and collaborate with co-workers and management to ensurenetworkfunctioncanmeetbusinessdemands
- Troubleshootingwithengineers
Good communication skills and role requires interaction with internationalstakeholdersonregularbasis.
