Job Description
Post: Hr Recruiter / Hr Manager
Experience: 2 - 5 years (freshers not applicable)
Salary: hidden_mobile pa
Office Location: Jaipur , Rajasthan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates over the phone
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
- Maintain the daily sheets and database, formats, reports as per instructions.
- You have to do all H.R. related activities and responsibilities.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Deep knowledge of office tools and should be computer friendly.
