Job Description

10 am to 7 Pm , 6 days a week in a Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Need to support Customers.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations .
  • Provide E-mail and Phone support
  • Preparing basic reports in Excel

Key Skills:

  • Good at MS office
  • Good at English (spoken and written)
  • Must be soft spoken
  • Ready to learn new things and a team player

He/ she must be very sincere and responsible as every response affects the customers future purchase.
