Job Description

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/video screenings
Schedule Interviews as per the panel availability
Facilitate the offer process - Pre Offer Document Collection, Negotiation of Salary
Candidate Engagement for Onboarding
Post joining candidate engagement till invoice stage.
Active Referencing to enhance database
Ensure candidates are well prepared for interview discussions
