Urgent Requirement for Customer Support

Experience : Fresher-3 + years in BPO / Call center /CustomerSupport (No back office and irrelevant candidates)

Mandatory Skill : Strong communication skill in written and verbal and soft skills.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (Customer Support and Studio Sales)

We are looking for an experienced personnel who can interact with customers to provide process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services with focus on 500+Sales and/or Retail. This role will be reporting into the team leader.

Location : Vikroli West

  1. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Studios

Manage end to end customer queries on phone, email or chat

&

Counting

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated team
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales
  • Inventory Management
  • Store operations and Management- Focusing on Profit Maximization and Sales - High on ownership.

  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and a thirst for knowledge
  1. WHAT YOU HAVE
  • HSC / B.com Graduate
  • Fresher OR 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support/Sales/Retail
